I was very impressed for the quickness as well. I sent the email and about 3 days later I received a response with the info that they would send me a coupon. I got the coupon today, just in time to buy another bag.

Hershey's
So, I bought a bag of Hershey Kisses with Almonds. My favorite! One day only 2 out of 5 had an almond in it, and the almond is the best part. So I went to their website and sent and email to customer service. I was expecting them to send me a new bag of kisses, but instead they said me a $3.00 coupon for another bag. Which is fine, because all I really wanted was another bag.
