Reminising about the HS years...

I went to the Academy of our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall for high school. It is an all girls, Catholic, college prep school. I loved high school and most of my best friends are from there. I was just thinking about it, for some reason. Thought I would share some photos of the campus.

Christmas in the Mansion
"Christmas in the Mansion, Lauralton Hall’s annual signature event, will celebrate its 19th year in December 2008. Held every year since 1990, Christmas in the Mansion is an elegant and premier "showcase of the season" that provides a special opportunity to visit Lauralton Hall’s beautiful thirty acre campus, shop, sample gourmet fare and admire the grand architectural features of the school’s 1864 Victorian Gothic mansion, the ideal backdrop for this spectacular holiday extravaganza. The tradition of Christmas in the Mansion is known as "the" event which heralds in the season in both New Haven and Fairfield counties. It has twice been nominated as one of the top 100 events in the nation and attracts thousands of guests annually."
