WOW, so I just realized I had written in about a week.
This past weekend we were in NYC. We did a lot of walking around and eating and drinking.
I really wanted to go to the Statue of Liberty because i have never been there. What I didn't realize is that you need to buy tickets in advance. I went to buy them a few days before we left and they were SOLD OUT! I couldn't believe it. We went down to Battery Park and saw it from there while eating lunch. It was pretty warm all weekend, in the 60's.
I have come to the realization that as much as I LOVE New York, I am happy that I don't live there. I love the place, the energy, the endless things to do, but when I come home to VT, I am happy. I remember how lucky I am to live here.
With all that said, here are a few photos from the weekend.

It was tough running the marathon, but I did it*

Actually, this beer was gross. I just liked the way it was served.
*I didn't really run. Its just me being a poser.
