So, for John's birthday I took him Snow Kiting (Kite Skiing). It's a lot like Kite Surfing, but instead of being on a surf board in the water, you are on your skis on the frozen lake. The lake is about a foot frozen ice now. It typically gets up to 3 feet by the dead of winter. People drive their cars and trucks on the ice. CRAZY!

Me practicing flying the kite. It was so strong that it would drag you. Which is why the instructor is holding on to my harness! I got going with the skis too, but didn't get any pics :(
